PREAMBLE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all sales concluded between Nazzo Strategy SLU, an Andorran law company registered under number L720940Z, operating under the trade name Shah Prestige, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the “Client”) wishing to make a purchase via the website www.shahprestige.com or in a physical store.

Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC. Nazzo Strategy SLU reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time, with the new conditions applying to any subsequent order.

Article 2 — Products

Shah Prestige offers a selection of luxury food products for sale, including caviar (Shah Darya range), Iranian saffron (Shah Fran range), Belgian chocolate (Shah Kola range), and Iranian pistachios (Shah Pistan range).

The photographs and descriptions presented on the website are as faithful as possible to the products. However, minor variations in color or appearance, inherent in the artisanal and natural nature of the products, cannot engage the responsibility of Shah Prestige.

Shah Prestige reserves the right to modify its product offering at any time, without prior notice.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices indicated on the website are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC) as applicable under current Andorran regulations. As Andorra does not apply European VAT, prices are understood to be exclusive of European VAT.

Shah Prestige reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery costs are indicated separately during the order process and are borne by the Client, unless otherwise stated.

Article 4 — Order

Orders can be placed:

  • Via the website: www.shahprestige.com
  • In the physical store: Carrer Bonaventura Riberaygua, 27, AD500 Andorra La Vella, Tuesday to Saturday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Any online order requires the creation of a customer account or ordering as a guest, and explicit acceptance of these GTC. Order confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address provided by the Client.

Shah Prestige reserves the right to refuse or cancel any abnormal order, placed in bad faith, or in case of impossibility of execution.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due in full upon order. The accepted payment methods are as follows:

  • Credit card (Visa / Mastercard) — secure payment
  • Bank transfer — bank details are provided during the order; the order is processed upon receipt of the transfer

Shah Prestige does not store any bank data. Card transactions are processed via a secure payment provider. In case of non-payment or bank rejection, the order is automatically canceled.

Article 6 — Delivery

6.1 Delivery zones and rates

Shah Prestige delivers to the following countries. Delivery costs are calculated per order:

  • Belgium and Andorra: €20.00
  • Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, and Croatia: €100.00

Deliveries are handled by DHL. For any destination not listed above, please contact us at mj@nazzo.ad.

6.2 Delivery times

Delivery times indicated at the time of order are approximate. Shah Prestige undertakes to ship orders as soon as possible following payment confirmation.

For products requiring a cold chain (especially caviar), delivery is made in suitable isothermal packaging to ensure optimal product preservation until delivery.

6.3 Responsibility for delays

Shah Prestige cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond its control (force majeure, strike, bad weather, carrier delay, etc.).

6.4 Receipt of order

The Client is invited to check the condition of the products upon receipt. Any reservation regarding a damaged package must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery, and confirmed to Shah Prestige by e-mail at mj@nazzo.ad within 48 hours of receipt.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to perishable foodstuffs, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products sold by Shah Prestige.

Indeed, all products offered (caviar, saffron, chocolate, pistachios) are foodstuffs that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly. Consequently, once the order has been confirmed and payment made, no returns or refunds can be accepted, except in the case of a defective, non-compliant, or transport-damaged product (see Article 8).

Article 8 — Claims and warranties

Any product that is defective, non-compliant with the order, or damaged during delivery must be subject to a claim within 48 hours of receipt, by e-mail to: mj@nazzo.ad, accompanied by the following elements:

  • Order number
  • Precise description of the problem
  • Photographs of the product and packaging

After examining the claim, Shah Prestige will offer, depending on the case, a product replacement or a partial or total refund. No claims will be accepted beyond the 48-hour period.

Article 9 — Liability

Shah Prestige undertakes to make every effort to ensure the quality and conformity of the delivered products. Nevertheless, Shah Prestige cannot be held liable for:

  • Damage resulting from improper use of the products
  • Indirect or intangible damages of any kind
  • Interruptions or malfunctions of the website
  • Any event of force majeure

Article 10 — Protection of personal data

Personal data collected during the order (name, surname, address, e-mail, telephone) are used exclusively for the processing and delivery of orders, as well as for customer relationship management.

In accordance with the applicable Andorran data protection regulations, the Client has a right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. To exercise these rights, a request should be sent to: mj@nazzo.ad.

Nazzo Strategy SLU undertakes not to transfer or sell Clients’ personal data to third parties.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property

All elements composing the website www.shahprestige.com (trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, graphic charter) are the exclusive property of Nazzo Strategy SLU and are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, representation, use, or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of the elements of the website, without the prior written authorization of Nazzo Strategy SLU, is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 — Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Andorran law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of these GTC, and failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Andorra La Vella shall have sole jurisdiction.
